For publishing: James and his associate spent a few hours inspecting every nook and cranny of the property we are trying to buy. We appreciate the thoroughness of the inspection and felt very comfortable that they didn't miss anything in the inspection. With his years of construction experience, he was able to help us understand what items in the inspection were big issues vs. small issues. Thanks, James!
