Nate took his time and did not rush. He was very willing to listen and share anything I asked him. Without me asking, he brought in his ladder and even peeked under a drop cieling to see the condition of the hidden cieling. He had full use of a number of gadgets and was willing to expalin how each was used and what it means. The reprt was a visual reliving of the inspection accompanied with color photographs. He even found a hidden crawl space that no one was aware of.
I am glad to have him in my corner.
