Mr. Glidden listened to questions my wife and I asked, and answered them thoroughly and in easy to understand terms. I actually learned a number of new things today. He took the appropriate time to check and test the home's functions including plumbing and fixtures, electrical, HVAC, foundation, windows and blinds, awning, appliances, etc . We walked the perimeter of the house as he pointed out his observations and the house's systems such as drainage, elevation, sprinkler system, gas/electric/water meters, etc. He visually checked the attics and also inspected the exterior roof and chimney using a drone. We also requested a radon test which is in process. Overall we are very pleased with the Mr. Gliddens inspection.

I was very pleased with Gordon's process and professionalism. Gordon was early to the appointment and was able to execute certain parts of the process in advance, saving the group time. He was very systematic in his approach to assessing the property. Periodically, he would comment on various observations, sharing relevant information with us. Gordon took the time to explain everything, was very thorough and offered options on the small "joys of homeownership" which he noted.
