Greg was very profesional and detailed. He contacted us immediately for his first visit. He explained what he would be doing and what we could expect from his service. After his inspection, Greg contacted us and emailed us a detailed report on any issues that the house had. With the items listed he also had included pictures which was very helpful. He then scheduled a follow up visit where he went through each of the items discussed in his inspection report one by one. He even showed us specifically where he issues were in the home. He was also a contact person if we had questions about code and how to update some of the areas. My wife and I were pleased with his quality service. Beyond that Greg was a professional and made sure that he got our questions answered. We appreciate his service and his friendly personality. I would recommend Greg for others if they would need an inspector.
