Gordon did a very thorough job inspecting the home and explaining the process and techniques he used to determine the condition of the home. He promptly (the same day of the inspection) sent a very professional report to include photos and a word document identifying all problem areas. If no problems existed, he documented that. I highly recommend Gordon for anyone that needs a home inspection. If I ever need another one done in that area, I will certainly use Gordon.

Gordon agreed to do my home inspection on a very short notice AND involved going to a town beyond Gainesville.
Gordon was early to the inspection and was very courteous. He answered all my many questions and went beyond what a normal inspector would do. As a single mom and a child...I had to totally rely on Gordon's expertise to make sure my new home was safe. He was very thorough and inspected things I never would have thought of.
I was VERY impressed with Gordon's inspection and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. As a matter of fact - I've already recommend him to 3 people!

This is my first time at buying a home and having to go through a home inspection process. I found Gordon to be very honest and professional as well as thorough at his job. He let me know exactly what was wrong and what I needed to do to replace it. He even let me know the general price it would cost me to replace it, which was pretty close. He may have been off by a dollar or couple of cents. Gordon shows respect to the property as he inspects it. Everything was turned off and put back the way it was found and he cleaned up any mess he may have made. I would recommend Gordon to all my friends and family.
