Nate was at appointment on time; courteous, professional. Very thorough and knowledgeable inspection with walk-thru of findings afterward. Published report was completed when promised. Report helps prioritize what needs to be addressed before close of sale, and after home purchase. Makes it easier to communicate with crafts who will do various repairs.
