Homefront Inspection now is a "One Call, We do it ALL" company. There is no need to hunt down and call several different companies to get your home inspected. Communication 

Many have said that Phil’s style of home inspecting is an “Educational Experience”. His friendly mannerism and ability to explain the defects in a clear and concise matter is an asset to each client. Phil always has his client’s best interest in mind. After all you are putting your trust in the inspector you hire for the decision of your future home. He doesn’t take that responsibility lightly. That is something only Education and Experience can provide.

Integrity

Phil has integrity. His slogan is: “I don’t SELL the house, I TELL the house.” It is for this reason some realtors don’t refer him. He doesn’t pick the house to death but he will report the issues. In other words, he won’t hide defects for the sake of the sale just to make the realtor happy.

An inspection is worthless unless the report can be clearly understood. Phil uses the best reporting software available. Not a checklist that is difficult to interpret, but a reporting system that clearly explains the areas of interest with pictures.
