I make every effort to perform the most thorough visual inspection possible. You will benefit from my over 20 years of experience in the "trades". In addition to being a licensed Home Inspector, I have held licenses in TN and NC as a licensed General Contractor.

You will want to hire the right home inspector to save you money, heartache and unexpected surprises. Be prepared to ask questions such as; How long have you been in business? Did you have any experience in the building trades before becoming a home inspector? Can you provide me with at least six references from people that have hired you in the last three years? Do you carry E&O and General Liability insurance? These are important questions to ask especially in states,(such as Georga) that have no home inspection licensing provisions.
