I was extremely impressed with the speed, accuracy and level of detail contained in the report. When I requested your services I was a little uncertain in what form the end report would be presented. So imagine my pleasant surprise when it came through. I would highly recommend BJ and Inside & Out Property Inspections, Inc. I am purchasing a 45 year old home so I needed someone who was going to do a good job and who knew what to look for. BJ is highly knowledgeable in not only general construction, but also roofing, plumbing, electric, wells, irrigation systems, A/Cs, and more I'm sure. He was VERY thorough, he climbed all throughout the attic into extremely tight spaces and found a few issues with the construction of the brand new roof which would have otherwise gone unnoticed. He also found an issue with the electric that could have caused a major fire. As a first time home buyer, BJ took the time to fully explain the issues he found and in terms we could understand. BJ also made countless general recommendations about ways we could improve our home ourselves by doing DIY projects. I was very impressed with BJ and couldn't have been more pleased with the job he did inspecting our new home.

For Deaf customers you might want to think about providing a sign language interpreter if the Deaf customer request to be presented and have questions. I was not presented during the duration of the inspection because the sellers did not want to leave their house. However, the report with pictures was very helpful. The interpreter is an option.
