Wow, now that is an inspection report. Sure not what I got when I bought my mobile here in Florida back in 2010. You were prompt in doing the inspection as
well as giving me a comprensive and immediate report. I ended up here putting thousands into repairs, but my comment from the person who did the
inspection was "read my
contract - if we can't see
it, we can't inspect it. It is not our problem". Needless to say, my first
thought was to never have anything inspected again - to leave it up to
my son who is a contractor up north...
