I am very pleased with the home inspection. Jim was very patient, knowledgable and courteous, answering all my questions and going through the property to explain me his findings. The report is very detailed and professional but at the same time is very well organized and easy to understand. It has many pictures and even an introductory video. The general summary at the end of the report is very useful because it highlights areas of the general report that may be of concern for various reasons. I recommend Jim and look forward to working with him in the future.
