Jim was thorough and provided great guidance on priority issues he found during the home inspection. He understood my primary concerns were with any dangerous or hazardous conditions and he was quick to point out anything that could be hazardous. His recommendations were also right on point in that the certified technician whom the seller hired to repair the suggested items did exactly as Jim had suggested.
