I was impressed with Jason Olsen. My first impression was that he was professional and friendly. This was my first inspection so I was not sure what to expect. As we did the walkthrough I noticed how thorough he was. He pointed out different things to us and answered all of our questions completely. I also noticed that he came fully prepared. He did not have to go get tools or equipment. He carried everything he needed. I found myself actually having fun doing what I thought would be a chore. When we recieved the actual report I was even more impressed. Everything we had seen and talked about were on the report. I found the pictures with arrows pointing out different things very useful in jogging my memory. I normally would try to put in some constructive criticisim at this point but I really do not have anything negative to say.
