I have very limited knowledge regarding how homes are constructed and whether issues are within current recommended parameters. I was pleased to have someone as knowledgeable as Andy teach me specifics throughout the house inspection. He was extremely thorough in my estimation and did not appear at all bothered having me tag along and ask questions throughout the entire process. The written report is exactly as we discussed throughout the inspection. As someone who has had many people work for me in the past, I recognize an asset when I see one.
