Jan did a wonderful job on our home inspection! He was SO thorough, professional and personable. He took the time to walk around the entire house with us to discuss all of the items in his report and to answer all of our questions. His report was very detailed and included great pictures. Jan is very thorough in the areas of the home and property that he does inspect. He also clearly identifies the areas of the home and property that he does not inspect. I have learned to "Inspect what you Expect." Jan is very good about property re-inspections after any deficiencies have been corrected or repairs have been made. I have used JSM Property Inspection LLC for two properties and feel service has been valuable beyond the fee.
