Larry Tyler

Larry has been an Oregon contractor since 1978.  He became interested in using infrared technology to spot trouble areas in 2008.  In 2014 Larry acquired infrared camera training from ITC (Infrared Training Center), put on by Flir, to become a thermographer.   In 2014 and 2015 Larry trained to be a home inspector with InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), OHAI (Oregon Association of Home Inspectors) and ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors).  Larry received certification as an Oregon Home Inspector in 2015.

We use the latest software technology from HomeGauge to create a user-friendly report for our clients.  Pictures, videos and infrared thermographs (photographs) are used in our reports to point out problem areas so that our clients can easily understand our findings.  From the website, our clients can easily view, forward and print out the report as well as "Create a Repair List" to specify the changes you might want the seller to repair or credit prior to purchase.
