Comprehensive home inspection. Professional demeanor, friendly attitude, excellent business acumen. The process was not rushed and allowed plenty of time for prospective buyer to pose multiple questions, which were answered knowledgeably and completely. The report submitted was thorough, contained none of the "surprises" that can trouble prospective buyers, and that was because of the ongoing dialog allowed for, between inspector and prospective buyer, during inspection. The submitted report was easy to read and understand and contained excellent visual aids through courtesy photographs made during inspection. I am thoroughly pleased!
