I was skeptical to use the home inspector recommended by my Realtor, so I did my own independent search doing phone interviews; and then I called Louis. Wow, he was no nonsense yet understands buyers concerns explaining easily & simply what he does. Then when you see him work, and he explains as he goes; and ends your inspection with a total recap. My husband & son could not be there for the inspection, but where extremely impressed with his report & recommendations. Did I say how helpful he was with practical issues !
