Mike was very quick and thorough. His report was available online within two hours of him finishing the inspection. The cost for his inspection service is a great deal. We had previously walked through the house twice and everything we had identified as possibly needing worked on, he also identified in his report. This isn't our first home purchase and he is by far the best inspector we've ever used.
