Hi, I'm Teman (Taymun) Montgomery, an InterNACHI certified, WA licensed Home Inspector and Structural Pest Inspector.

Complete Wood Destroying Organism inspection included in our Complete Home Inspection. Since HUD and other financing requires a complete WDO inspection and WSDA report, I meet those standards and complete that report free with a Complete Home Inspection.

Thorough Inspections. I bring tall ladders and modern tools, walk every roof, access every attic and crawl through every space to detect, document and image conditions and find problems.

State of the Art Technology. I invest in the most modern inspection tools, including a FLIR infrared camera, smart technology for data collection, a calibrated air sampler, certified lab analysis, online HomeGauge digital reports, and secured credit card payment.

Detailed Inspection Reports. I take numerous photos, thermal images and objective data, and use the leading inspection software to provide detailed reports delivered online. It's critical to learn about any concerns and get repair estimates during the limited inspection contingency period, before you complete the home purchase.

I am a WA and OR Licensed Construction General Contractor. I repair homes through my Home Inspection Repair business, but never work on homes that I have inspected, to avoid any conflict of interest.
