Peter showed up on time, which I always appreciate and did a phenomenal job! Extremely thorough, taking approx 4 1/2 hours to scour my 1700 sq foot house. I couldn't have asked for a better inspection. I received my report the very next day, inclusive of pictures and details as to what had been checked. If anyone wants a trusted inspector, than Peter is your guy!

I found Peter to be quite friendly, informative and thorough. The report that was available for download was complete with pictures and recommendations on issues that he found with the house. I was also able to send this file to my builder for his perusal before making an appointment with him to discuss the recommendations. If I ever decide to sell, I would ask Peter to inspect my house again before putting on the market. I would recommend his services absolutely.
