Andrew Powell was outstanding from his introduction at the front door. He explained who he was, where he was from, the purpose of the visit, what we could expect, and welcomed us to ask questions throughout. He kept us apprised of each phase of his inspection, and reviewed the outcome at its conclusion, patiently answering all of our questions. He completed his visit with showing us the location of the natural gas, electrical and water main shutoff values. Andrew's written report with photos was available electronically prior to the time he promised the following morning.
