It is rare these days to find a business that I can't find a list of things to complain about. Especially, one that I just lucked up on while researching online, with no recommendations from anyone. Your company has impressed me from my first phone call with you all the way to receiving the finished report. Everything you lined out for me happened just like you said. I apologize for not remembering his name but the inspector showed up timely on Friday, was patient with my uneducated questions, extremely professional, and just a nice person. Tammi has followed up with me verifying and reverifying the appointment time and she made double sure I received the written report by emailing me on a Saturday night and when she didn't hear from me called and emailed me again on Sunday. Who does that? The report was very thorough and helpful. The price very reasonable. I am so pleased that you were able to accommodate me in the short timeframe I was working in. Choosing your company is the best decision I have made in a while. Thank you!!!
