I am passionate about home inspection. I love my job, and know the importance of it for my clients. A home inspection is the last protection a client has before the final purchase of a property. My goal is to educate the client about that property and give them the tools they need to make an informed purchase.
Whether buyinng a new home for the first time or purchasing an investment property, downsizing or upgrading to a new home, or getting ready to sell a property a home inspection informs and protects the buyer and seller.
Details are what make the difference in any job, but are especially important to me. I know that wiring in an electrical panel is just as important as walking the roof and the attic to make sure all areas are covered.
My philosophy when inspecting is to look at the house as if a family member were buying it. Would I let my mom or dad buy this property? I go to bed at night with a clean conscience and the knowledge that I have done my best for my clients that day.
