Bob O'Gorman and the staff have been serving Long Island since 2001 conducting thousands of home inspections. Bob O'Gorman is a ASHI certified and New York State licensed home inspector and pesticide applicator. Prior to becoming a home inspector Bob and John were licensed contractors in both Nassau and Suffolk counties performing both residential and commercial construction since 1983. Bob and John exceed ASHI and New York State home inspection standards and guarantees his clients satisfaction.

Our inspectors are licensed and fully insured with a comprehensive E & O and General Liability policies that not only covers our services but covers the referring agent as well. We cover all of your home inspection needs including pest, well water, septic and radon emission inspections. We supply a narative, full color photo report within 24 hours of the inspection via e-mail. Scheduling with us is easy and can be done 24/7. Most inspections can be completed within 48 hours of scheduling.
