I was informed as problems and concerns came up. If I have a need for this kind of service again I would call Mr. Bateman to do the job. He answered every question that I had to my understanding and made sure after that I understood his answers. Both was very nice and professional the whole process. I will refer him to anyone that needs a home inspection in the future. The price for the inspection is very good. My inspection lasted for over two hours and I know the job was performed because I followed them around as they worked. I feel a lot better about my purchase, knowing the inspection was done to this level. Great job!

Rusty was not only the most affordable but was very friendly as well as professional.
