Sean's inspection was professional in every way. I was impressed with how he took time to explain to the buyer the inspection process and what to expect. The home inspector I have used on a regular basis has left the profession and I have recently had some bad experiences with home inspectors. Sean has once again renewed my hopes of home inspectors. Sean O'rear, Just to let you know. I really liked being there with you when you did your inspection. You were very thorough. I know there is alot of things you look at in the inspection.I appreciated you talking to me about the things you noticed. I'm sure there is alot of training you go through to get started as a inspecter. I have been a carpenter/builder/electrition most my life. What you do is very interesting to me. I've always liked helping people to improve there situation. I feel thats what you do. I would really appriciate it if you would ever need a dedicated person to help you to contact me.
