I have worked with a good number of inspectors over the last 15 or so years, both on the selling, and buying phase of homeownership, and have two recommendations.
1) Use Sean for your inspection needs in Brevard County. He was professional, courteous, answered questions, and most off all was not afraid to get dirty for you to get a complete inspection of your home!! He checks it all, and the report is delivered in a timely manor.
2) If at all humanly possible join your inspector at the home when the inspection is being done. Reading a detailed report, and looking at photos can give you a great understanding of the inspection, however being there, asking questions, and being able to see close up will give you peace of mind, and a bit more knowledge to negotiate any possible remediation.
