Shane Swartz did a terrific job, inspecting the house we want to purchase. Shane walked us through the house and pointed out all the problem areas he had noticed. He explained to us in detail, how these problems could be fixed. We received a very detailed report the day following the inspection. The report was easy to understand, with several very clear pictures and short video. The report is easy to access on the web and easy to print for future reference.
