Sam was extremely knowledgable. He saved me at least 10k in work that needed to be done on a property. I would rather pay the money for him to inspect the house rather than get it without him looking at it.
I ended up not getting the property because of what he found, but will be calling Sam again once I find the house that works for me.

Very prompt and very courteous gentleman. I felt very comfortable with his explanations of what he found. He took his time with the inspection and I did not feel like he was rushing to get through. When I have the repairs made I will ask him back to check and make sure they are OK.

We had an issue with our home inspection, when we showed up we found out the seller had turned off the water. Sam was not able to do a full home inspection without running water, but he did what he could anyway, and he was very detailed. He said he would go back in a couple days to finish the job. We really appreciated his willingness to work with us and help us in any way he could (with the inspection and also anything after). We would highly recommend him as he is very professional and kind.

Very thorough but not an alarmist. The delivery was excellent. Appreciate being able to complete the radon inspection as well.
I know Pillar to Post gives the report at the end of the inspection. I know it may be cumbersome to haul wireless printer,laptop etc. Just a thought.
