Kevin did an excellent inspection of our new contructed house. Many defects were noted including damaged roof shingles, unvented plumbing, sinks not draining properly, window installed improperly, door latches installed incorrectly, contruction debris in attic, improperly applied mortar on bricks, GFCI outlet not functioning, debris in vents, and foundation footing exposed. Kevin saved me thousands of dollars in repairs, as they were reported while still in warranty period. Our family thanks you.
