Mr. Stepp helped with only one day notice, and thoroughly talked through all the home's issues as we walked through. He made thoughtful and good suggestions as to how to change or repair certain things, and whether to replace or repair. The house had an asbestos issue and Mr. Stepp made sure we were aware of the problem. We will use him again if the opportunity arises and definitely recommend him.

Kenny Stepp has a very good attitude & is friendly. He was on time, did not rush the Home Inspection, explained what he was doing. His knownledge concerning structure & working conponets is good.
I did feel that additional attention should be paid to sink & toilet Plumbing Valves working or not working. Kenny was resistant to determining if said valves work or not. He was afraid he could break the valve & be responsible for same.
Sink & Toilet Valves are required by all builing codes they are suppose to work.
When sink faucets or toilet outlets need replacing or are leaking said valve to each faucet MUST be turned off. If plumbing Valves do not work they are clearly defective. Water would have to be shut off at the Main Water Valve for the sink or toilet to be repaired.
Kenny did check the Main Water Valve to insure was properly working.
