Welcome. I am Scott Widick an Internachi Certified Master Inspector. I am also a licensed general contractor with over 22 years of mitigation and water damage restoration locally and nationwide. I Explore the property Spaces such as roof, attic, crawlspace, electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, structure,and safety, hours before your arrival and take you on a tour of my findings saving you time.

Your digital report includes photos and videos showing defects with orange arrows and plain word speak. The General Summary lists items that in my opinion need immediate attention and further evaluation by an expert in that area, while the Maintenance Summary is possibly for your attention after closing.
