We decided to go with Terris for our inspector. What a great decision we made. Terris your AWESOME! Honest, thoural and made us feel very comfortable throughout. He constantly was talking with us about everything in the house. Making sure we understood everything and you felt comfortable asking questions. You could tell he has been doing this for a long time. You won't regret him being your inspector. You will receive a great report the next day. In the report it includes all pictures he has taken and explains everything he went through with you at the time of the inspection so you don't forget and you will have it down on paper. Once again we appreciate you coming out Terris and doing such a AWESOME job! Because of you our family will be safe!
