Dave and Sheila, the best. They explained to me verbally very accurate. The the inspection report also explain clearly what needs the home and the solutions to the issues showed in the report's pictures. I enjoyed the learning about how t provided maintenance of a house. Sheila informed me if I have any question, call them no more than two years after the inspection to make some home repairs related to the inspection.
