Good inspector, seems to have had some working knowledge/experience in the field. He is much better than a lot of others in their 30's, Chris is down to earth he doesn't come to the inspection with the idea of scaring the home buyer to death and nit picking a home to death. Example, light switch is cracked, toilet seat is loose and very minor things that any homeowner should be able to handle within 30 seconds.
Chris is an inspector that I would recommend to others.

The purchase of a home can be one of the most stressful situations a person can have in their life. I was very lucky to have had Chris as my inspector.
Chris was extremely thorough during his inspection of my home. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the problems a home owners faces (ex. mold, dry rot, insects, ect...) and actions to take to remedy these issues.
