As a homebuyer, you have a lot of responsibilities and decisions to make, the main one, picking the best inspector around. As I researched over a handful of inspectors, Mr. Brewer seemed to have the best credentials, including many years of experience. After talking to Mr. Brewer on the telephone I felt a peace about choosing him to do the inspection(properly) Mr. Brewer was at the house, ready to work about 15-20 minutes before our scheduled time, which is a plus in my book! He seemed to be the most thorough home inspector I have ever seen. He walked us through each step and also gave tips on repairing, but the best part is getting a very detailed inspection report with pictures.
