We chose Welcome Home Inspections to inspect our new home. The home is newer and I really did not think that there would be any issues, but he did uncover a few things I would have never noticed. He even recommended easy and inexpensive ways to fix one of them. The report was really neat. I did not expect it to have so much info and even pictures. We were almost out of time because I did not know about the 10 day due diligence but he got us scheduled quickly and got us our report the next afternoon. Would definitely recommend and use again.
