William was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and clear. As someone who grew up in a home building family business, I asked my real estate agent for the most thorough inspector. William clearly met the challenge. He spent about 7 hours at the property, found all the items I had noticed and many more. He even noticed a significant pest infestation that the pest inspector missed (x2). While it was beyond the scope of his inspection to do a deep dive into the pest issue, William had found the tip of the iceberg that ultimately caused me to scuttle the purchase. It was the best money I ever "wasted" -- in that William's findings allowed me to dodge years of issues for the reasonable and fair cost of the inspection. I am currently bidding on another house and will certainly call William again. (In fact I've already tried him today.)
