Chris is a great inspector, thorough, detailed and communicative.
Having Chris inspect the home post Pest Inspection, many times finds issues that were missed by the Pest Inspector.
However, TEAMBRISON normally wants a PDF version of the document since it facilitates our process better.

Chris is a great home inspector. He is very thorough and professional. His report is prepared as he does the inspection with a photograph accompanying each line item. If the customer attends the inspection, Chris goes over everything with them. If not in attendance he will explain everything over the phone.
I use CBPI for all of my home inspections.
