How do I set up HomeGauge Payments?
Complete a simple online form that typically takes 10-20 minutes. Once your account is active, you’ll receive an email with instructions for a test payment. While you can start processing payments immediately, we highly recommend running a test transaction first.

How do I verify my bank account during setup?
You can either upload a photo of a voided check or verify your account through a secure third-party service by entering your bank login credentials. Your credentials remain private and are never shared.

What payment options are available?
HomeGauge Payments supports credit and debit card processing. We’re also exploring additional options, such as ACH payments, for future releases.

Can I pass along credit card processing fees to my customers?
Yes! In states where it’s permitted, inspectors can add a fee to offset the cost of credit card processing.

What are the processing rates for HomeGauge Payments?
Our rates are designed to be competitive and save you money. Standard rates are listed in your HomeGauge Dashboard. For detailed pricing or questions, contact our support team at support@homegauge.com.

How long does it take to start processing payments?
You can begin processing payments the same day your account is active and you run a successful test transaction.

Who is the payment processor for HomeGauge Payments?
We’ve partnered with Worldpay, a trusted payments platform that ensures secure and reliable processing.

Can I integrate HomeGauge Payments with other software like QuickBooks Online?
Reporting features are available in Worldpay and can be imported into QuickBooks We’re also exploring additional integrations—contact support@homegauge.com to share your specific needs.

What additional features are available or planned for HomeGauge Payments?
